Tube mill instructions for use:
1, the main bearing temperature can not exceed 65 °C.
2, can not be coated with anti-rust oil and anti-rust paint factory.
3. The fittings, such as the liner, the bulkhead board, and the inlet and outlet bushings in the mill, must be tested and assembled before leaving the factory. The gap after assembly must meet the requirements of the drawings.
4. The commissioning test of the mill must be performed at the site of use. In theory, the manufacturer should dispatch the technician to supervise and instruct.
5, the test can be conducted after the test is passed.
6, empty load test should meet the following requirements:
1. The starting and running of the motor and electronic control system and the interlocking devices in various parts should be normal.
2, all parts of the lubricating device and cooling system, monitoring instrument all must be normal.
3, the temperature of each lubrication point should be normal.
4, bearing, gear cover, reducer, cooling system lubrication parts can not have oil leakage, oil leakage phenomenon.
5. No abnormal condition can occur during continuous operation for 2 hours.
Tube mill working principle
The working principle of the tube mill is similar to that of a ball mill, and the tube mill barrel body often uses a partition board to separate 2-4 working positions. During the grinding process, the material size gradually decreases toward the discharge direction, and the process from rough grinding to fine grinding is completed. In addition to the function of separating the grinding media, the partition board can also prevent the large particles of material from snaking toward the discharge end and control the speed of the material.
